Let me start by saying I’m not a person to write reviews or a person who likes going to dealerships but with the service that I received from Fred and staff was beyond excellent. Right from the beginning Fred was Honest and not pushy at all and the process was easy . I didn’t have to spend anytime at the dealership Fred took care of everything which was great cause we all know how your whole day can be wasted at a dealership well not here or with Fred hands down best experience I’ve had . If you’re looking for quality vehicles and top notch service I promise go there you won’t be disappointed nobody can come close to the service, quality, and pricing they have and yes I will recommend them . Bought a 2020 Acura here. Had to pick up the vehicle in the evening. It was clear the next day the vehicle has never been detailed. Then a few weeks later the passenger seat s Had to pick up the vehicle in the evening. It was clear the next day the vehicle has never been detailed. Then a few weeks later the passenger seat started peeling and pieces falling off. I called the dealership and after several call backs and emails they had me bring it in for “repair”… They had someone do a cheap job of sealing and “painting” over the peeling on the seat. Before I left the service department told me not to wipe it down for at least 6 months. Ok fine. Three weeks later the seat is peeling again. I called the service department and was pretty much brushed off and told “that usually happens”..and told I would get a call back. I brought the car to the store in person and spoke with Fred and his sales manager . The sales manager pretty much told me he wasn’t going to be able to do anything about it because it was “wear and tear”…. I said it’s been 3 weeks! He said “well maybe you shouldn’t have sat in that seat” … I said well I have a husband, two kids and I’m 9 months pregnant - where should I be sitting? He was purposely obtuse, and dismissive. He said he would get me a quote on a new seat cover but he wasn’t paying for it. He offered zero resolution. Terrible customer service and unkind people make for poor business practice. Listen to the negative reviews. Don’t buy a car here. More
