I honestly do not know what would change. I left Phillips Chevy because their service dept was awful (they refused to fix several itemson warrenty and my oil filter fell off while driving). I came here to quickly buy my lease and get my keys fixed as I thought it would be a better situation. It took SEVEN total hours (3 visits by the way) to buy my own car and get my keys fixed. Service takes too long and is too expensive. I will never buy another car from a dealer or come in for service. It should not take SEVEN hours of my time to get keys! It is not worth my valuable time to spend at a car dealer. I was there on the 30th and the service guy knew I was not happy but no one bothered to come out and try to do anything but him. This is not your fault but the entire car buying systems is so antiquated and long it's just not worth my time anymore. Thank you for asking but I do not think there is much we can do at this point to remedy my relationship with Chevrolet.
