I own a Kia EV6, which is under warranty, that died while driving home from work. I had it towed to the dealership. It took 2 days for them do diagnose the problem, (Which was the main battery) and the while driving home from work. I had it towed to the dealership. It took 2 days for them do diagnose the problem, (Which was the main battery) and then give me a loaner. About 4 days later. They called me and said we have good news and bad. They said it is now drivable, however apparently a rat had eaten a few bites off the rubber covering one of the wires under the hood. Now the tire pressure keeps flashing on the dash. I DONT have any rat droppings in my garage. It was at the dealership outside for all that time with a rat trap on the ground right next to my car. Now they claim the entire wire harness has to be replaced, and is not covered, even though he told me they have had this problem before. They told me I have to make a claim with my insurance company. I thought it was crazy, but I went ahead and filled a claim. Then after the insurance company contacted them, they called me and told me that I now have to return the loaner, and go get a rental car, since it’s covered on insurance. I said NO, this is enough of me being put out, I already missed a day of work, call me when my car is done. The next day the GM of the dealership calls me and tells me he will turn it in as stollen, because I didn’t buy it from his dealership. I told him to go ahead!!! I have bought two other cars from this dealership, but this one was purchased in Fort Myers, since they had several to choose from. I have NEVER been treated so unprofessionally, and will never buy another car from this dealership!!! More

My daughter and I both traded our old Kia’s for new ones in Venice this last year. Over the years we had always taken our business to the North Port location. I moved closer to the Venice location within in Venice this last year. Over the years we had always taken our business to the North Port location. I moved closer to the Venice location within that frame so when it made sense to go there instead. I was greeted by excellent, honest, trustworthy service and needless to say very happy with my salesman Bill Tyler. So much so that I brought my daughter back a week later and she traded her Kia for a new one. Great people sll the way around. They are all team players when it comes to good honest customer service!
