Helpful only until the sale is finalized Had an issue getting the second key for my vehicle, which was allegedly going to be dropped off from another location before I left. It didn't get there, which was not a big deal, because the sales guy said he would mail it to me because I didn't want to drive down there again. Long story short, after he lied to me 3 times about it being in the mail, I called to speak with a manager, and he lied to him about it too, saying he was going to mail it that night. My husband finally ended up going down to pick it up, where the key was STILL on the sales guy's desk. It's not the key itself that was the problem, but why was it necessary to lie? It was a month before I finally had it. Then there was a problem with both my and my husband's registrations, as we both purchased vehicles at the same time. We got our titles after 2 weeks, but after another 2 weeks, the registrations didn't show up. After talking to DMV, they said we would have to order replacements. When I talked to the woman at Lia about it, she was rude with an attitude, and implied that my husband and I were stupid because "maybe you threw them out because you didn't know what they were." All of this, and the sales guy didn't get me a copy of the manual for my vehicle like he promised, and my husband's truck was missing rear seat hinge covers that they were going to get and didn't. Everyone was helpful until they had our money....for TWO vehicles. I would never buy another vehicle from Lia based on this experience. Does that mean you'll have a bad experience? No, but take heed. We love our vehicles, but not where we got them from. More

I bought from out of state so I could not see the car in person or test drive it. Gabby answered my call and followed up to make sure I got a return call from Rob. From the first call with Rob he understood what I wanted to know about the vehicle and he texted pictures from his phone. He pulled it onto a lift and sent pictures of the underside too. Rob stayed in contact with me and made sure I had the information I needed to make a decision. When I made the offer it was simple and easy and we had a quick agreement. Even from long distance, this was the easiest purchase I have ever made. When I flew in to pick up the car, Rob even gave me ride to the dealership the next day. He knew I had a long drive and made the paperwork process fast and efficient. This kind of service is hard to find. I highly recommend working with Gabby, Rob and this no-nonsense dealership!
