I love Garber. Great line of dependable vehicle with an excellent sales and service staff. My last visit was a four and not a five. The tranny work, oil change and tire rotation was as always very well done. There is on thing that bothers me for more that five months. Well, my front struts were replaced and my car developed a thunk noise while backing up and turning my wheel to the right. The thunk is still there after the last service. I asked the service manager to look into it, and he said he found nothing wrong. There is something wrong because the thunk is there. When I back out of my driveway or a parking spot. Thanks Everytime. When I get some free time on my schedule, I will make an appointment and demo the Thunk to the service manager prior to pulling in the bay. Not sure if it is a safety issue. Even so I know Garber has the talent and the resources to remedy the problem More

Ashley greeted me with a smile, provided consistent communication about my vehicle status and answered all my questions clearly with detail. Service was done quickly and correctly. They even addressed other issues for me. I also noticed that my fluids seemed to have been topped off. Friendly service. I was apprised of progress midway through, then got a video from the person who actually did the servicing upon completion.
