As a regular i was very disappointed with the service today. I was convinced to wait at dealership because i was told my oil change would only take an hour and my vehicle wasn’t done until 3 hours later. today. made an appointment to bring my daughters car in for a recall. Prior to bringing in they had me give them her vin to make SURE they had parts and did not need to do anything prior to the appt. So Sat brou recall. Prior to bringing in they had me give them her vin to make SURE they had parts and did not need to do anything prior to the appt. So Sat brought the car in for 9:30 AM appt; they called me at 3:30 and finally let me know that I needed the app so they could have access to do the electronic recall but it was too late now for me to download the app and told me to come get my car even though they closed at 5 PM and they had my daughters car all day! The app took 30 seconds to set up. also we did not buy any of their hard upsale services which is why we think they didn’t do the recall! More

The only reason why i ever went to the dealership was for an oil change... i like to chang my oil every 5,000 miles because its brand new... when they ask me what im here for when i pull up i tell them speci an oil change... i like to chang my oil every 5,000 miles because its brand new... when they ask me what im here for when i pull up i tell them specifically... Oil Change! out of the 6 times ive brought my truck in for an oil change they actuallly have only changed it 3 times! why!? why would you not change my oil when i specifically came in for one!? charge me extra i dont care ... but to ignore what i want done is absolutely garbage ... larry your dealership is a scam and half bro More

This dealership is in desperate need of retraining and customer service, I can only give credit to some people in the shop (Andrew) who was polite and professional. I had some damage to my paint after dro customer service, I can only give credit to some people in the shop (Andrew) who was polite and professional. I had some damage to my paint after dropping it off for service, Andrew took care of it right away. Other then that take your vehicle else where to avoid lots or issues. More
