I don’t honestly don’t blame them - I’m sure there are a lot of tire-kickers since they’re receiving calls from all around the nation. But Wesley treated me Like a local customer and gave me more time and attention than I ever expected to get. His honesty and transparency were uncharacteristic of so many sales people - this allowed us to have honest, unguarded discussions that led to a clear, educated decision on my part. He even helped me figure out a very convenient way to get the card delivered directly to my house. I can’t say enough about my great experience working with Wesley. Highly recommended. I will be looking for opportunities to work with him again in the future. More

Wesley is great! He’s a great young man and seems so trustworthy. I dislike most car salesmen but Wesley is the exception to the normal experience. He was not rude & pushy about add on warranty stuff. Very respectful guys. Dealership was ok, but nothing about Robbins stood out as anything special in and of itself. Better than the Mercedes dealership where they asked for my name and number and someone would call me back…LOL! Cell phone coverage was the pits in the storefront. Suggest you call Nantze and buy a DAS system! Suggest better signage to restrooms and snacks and entertainment for kids. I’d also suggest completely blackout of that little manager desk in the center behind the tinted glass. Your sales people keep having to go back there and it just “feels” shady. Car dealerships do not need any more shady! I’d suggest opening it wide up and make it clear glass so it’s transparent or close it all off. People don’t trust smoke and mirrors, they want an open environment where management is easily accessible and visible. Or they don’t want to see anyone at all to know they are even there. Just my thoughts on your space. More
