After we picked one out we were given a price and that was the end of the price negotiations and we were never asked for a penny more. We had to wait for our vehicle be cause it was in the build/delivery process and being sent to another dealer. I communicated with Gabe via text message and he responded to all our question in a timely manor and they the went after our vehicle within hours after it arrived at the other dealer. The delivery process was very smooth and easy. Mr Yos did his job of trying to sell us add ons and warranties with hardly any pressure what so ever which was very nice and unexpected. It seemed like we were in and out in just a few minutes. Like nothing I had never experienced or expected and not one bit of remorse since. Thank you Gabe and KMC. More

I bought a pre owned Jaguar XJL from Gabe and worked with Tyson on the business side. FYI (Their electronic paperwork is very easy to complete for someone who can't make it in to the dealership to make a dea Tyson on the business side. I worked with three people on this deal and never felt like the ball was dropped. In order to be efficient in business, you need to be organized and trust that your people will take care of the customer. Dan Anderson (Owner) and the staff get that. They worked as a team and that is key! Here is my story: I knew nothing about the dealership except it was almost three hours from me and they were not a Jaguar dealership. Not a big deal to me since this was a pre owned car, that they stood behind, and I was willing to make the drive. I got the car home and immediately had an issue with the upper and lower coolant outlet pipes. With their seven day return policy, I was planning on shipping the car back and buy another car. Before I could tell them I was going to return it, Kaine stepped up and said they would be down the next day to pick it up, fix it, and bring it back. Sure enough, they came down and picked it up.The gentleman who came to the house was extremely nice and my wife was very happy with his demeanor. I was out of town when the car was brought back to my house and when I took it out today, everything is perfect. I have told my story to friends and colleagues and no one can believe a dealership would do what they did for a used car. I highly recommend using this dealership. I am so pleased with them that I wish I could service all my cars at their dealership. It's just a little too far for an oil change. LOL Thank you Kirksville Motor Company for a great car buying experience. I'll Be Back! More
