I had followed a Silverado on-line for over a month and finally decided to take a look at the truck in person. Reached out to Gael who quickly set up an appointment. Gael called back stating the vehicle I was looking at had been "accessorized" to the Rocky Ridge edition. This update was never posted on-line. I had no interest in this update or the added price. Gael and his manager did a fantastic job of trying to find another truck in the color I wanted with a similar package. One was found but the Dealer did not want to trade. Gael mentioned that 2 Silverado's had just been discounted $10000 and had similar packages. Bottom line, with a fantastic trade value for our Trailblazer and the Dealer discount, I purchased a new Silverado at a fantastic price! This was my 2nd recent purchase with Gael and Foundation Chevrolet. We were treated as family both times. Gael is very attentive and willing to do whatever is necessary to make you happy. This place is very sketchy. Look out!! I went to look at a car that was priced at $8.999, but all of a sudden, the price was $9,700. I showed them the internet price, and they s Look out!! Went on a test drive of the car, which was extremely dirty. How they even let someone look at the car in that condition is beyond me. After driving it and talking it over I made an offer on the car, in which the salesman Eric seemed to get mad that I wasn't going to pay over $12k for a 16-year-old car. He also said two words to me then, but I never heard back from him again. He then must have passed me on to another salesman Gael, after telling him I made an offer on the car, he said he didn't see the offer and then never heard from him again. Stay Away if you want good customer service, also look out for lower prices just to get you in the door. More
