He was completely transparent about pricing, worked within my budget, and helped me get the exact car I wanted, perfect color inside and out. He answers calls and texts quickly and is very knowledgeable. He even took our pictures with the red bow on the car, which was such a nice touch, and had it charged and ready to go with a full tank of gas. We were in and out within 2 hours.
