He took the time to make sure I got everything I wanted in my vehicle, went over all of the options with me, and had the vehicle ready when I wanted it. John Ryan was also there throughout the process and made sure everything came together smoothly. Both of them made the experience easy and enjoyable. Jaik in Finance was also fantastic. He took the time to explain everything, gave me plenty of options, and was able to get me an excellent rate. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I really appreciated how thoroughly he went through everything with me. What really stands out about Mazda Roseville, though, is that it isn’t just Sales. I’ve been working with this dealership for quite some time, and the entire operation—from Sales to Parts to Service—is a well-oiled machine. Everyone works together and genuinely seems to care about taking care of their customers. Max, another member of the sales team, even helped me transfer all of my belongings from my trade-in, which was a small gesture but meant a lot. Greg in Parts got my all-weather floor mats ordered and taken care of. The Service Department also went out of their way to congratulate me on the new vehicle and make sure I didn’t have any questions. I’ve worked with Niki, Andrew, Dylan, and their manager Bobby over the years, and every one of them has always been helpful and accommodating. It’s rare to find a dealership where you can confidently say you trust the people in every department. Mazda Roseville has earned that trust from me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, found the Wind Chill Pearl CX-50 Preferred I wanted, provided clear written pricing, and was willing to negotiate remotely rather than requiring me to come into the dealership first. When I shared a competitive offer from another Mazda dealer, Garrett matched it without games or unnecessary back-and-forth.
