I was very pleased with the service shown to me by the entire staff. I had a walker which hampered my mobility but every effort was made to accommodate me. I would recommend the dealership, just not the salesman that I had. Yes he sold a car, but other than that, probably the worst salesman I have dealt with. Did not even stick around until we got all of the that I had. Yes he sold a car, but other than that, probably the worst salesman I have dealt with. Did not even stick around until we got all of the paperwork done, did not shake my hand or wish me well with the car. Never received a follow up phone call at all. The finance people were nice and got the job done. Customer service overall is not there...they could care less once you've signed the paperwork. I have not received one phone call from this dealership since I purchased my new car there. Not one person has contacted me in regards to some of the paint protection and such that I purchased. I am now having to get in touch with them. I am very disappointed in the overall experience that I have received. More

Not knowing what was wrong with my beloved Sedona van, but sure it was probably a big deal, I drove it to the dealership. I met Brad Skinner in the Service Department. He made an appointment for me to get but sure it was probably a big deal, I drove it to the dealership. I met Brad Skinner in the Service Department. He made an appointment for me to get it checked and worked feverishly to find a loaner car due to my work schedule. Three days later, I received a personal phone call from the GM, Brian Kitts, that my engine had breathed it’s last after carrying me 160,000 miles. He assured me they would help find me a vehicle. By the close of that same evening, with Gary King’s help, along with the finance manager, Denise Burris, I drove home in my new Sedona van (2020, but new to me), much like the van I had but upgraded. Everyone went above and beyond to take a really bad-news day and turn it into a really good-news day. The customer service was incredible by all involved. I will forever drive a KIA! More
