Ron's A-Number 1! Even though I'm in my fifties, this was my first new car purchase all on my own. Needless to say, I was nervous going into it. Ron happened to be standing outside the building when we pulled up and I feel blessed that he was our salesman. He put me at ease throughout the process and is just a nice guy to be around. I already have a 1990 Miata at home and wanted a new one. There was never one bit of pressure and, in fact, Ron spent nearly 5 hours with us until the deal was closed. I also met and spoke with the owner of the dealership, Mr. Gray Epperson. What a down-to-earth man, very personable. Everyone at the dealership that we came in contact with was so very nice. I know where I'll be going whenever I get my next new car. Thank you, Ron! (By the way, I wasn't given the option of Mazda for Vehicle Purchased.) More

From start to finish hi Korrie Dodd helped to make this new car purchase the best we have ever had, and we have had quite a few in the last 30 years. From start to finish his focus was on what my wife wanted, how she felt about different features and how he could accommodate her. Her test drive was fun and Korrie was sure to point out all the bells and whistles and answered every single question with the confidence of someone familiar with the product he was representing. Honestly the Kona could have sold itself but Korrie was the icing on the cake for us. We were confident we were getting the best deal possible with minimum back and forth that you know is coming when negotiating the price. We felt comfortable and in good hands with Korrie, and that was actually a first for us when buying a new car. Gary Burnette helped us with the financial closing that can be confusing and tedious. Gary helped us feel comfortable in every aspect of this purchase and was extremely personable and fun to be with. Tamika helped us in our first contact with the dealer from the website and coordinated our visit with Korrie to make the purchase. This is a high functioning team at this dealership and a very welcoming and comfortable group of employees. We highly recommend this dealership but most of all Korrie Dodd. More

AWESOME SALESMAN AND DEALERSHIP!!! My son is 17 yrs old and I brought him with me to look for his very first car and to have a real experience with an actual dealership. Rick Mcarthy was patient, truthful and, courteous. His eagerness, excitement and persistence to help me find the right car was astounding. . Even when there was an obstacle and I had doubt about being able to get a car, he never gave up on me. He helped me find a great vehicle that fit comfortably within my budget. Even towards the very end, Rick Mcarthy and Gary Burnette made this experience fun, stress free and amazing. A day my son and I will never forget. Great until minor problem went wrong two weeks after my purc Our purchase went great until two weeks later when the power lift gate on my 2013 Ford Edge Limited stopped working properly. I called and made an appt, which took two more weeks. After the service dept looked at it they said "they can't fix it due to not having the parts and I would have to take it to the Ford Dealership it would be my responsibility" I then spoke with Jim about Hyundai helping get the lift gate fixed since it messed up only two weeks after my purchase, his response after speaking to his manager was, " you bought it as is, we did you a favor when giving you a power train warranty and we can't put any more money into ( that was an insult) we bought "as is" and it worked when we bought it! I thought since this was a minor fix for them they would stand on the good customer satisfaction and help with it. Like most people this nice vehicle is a new purchase to us and with the devotion to such a purchase we shouldn't have to fix anything on the vehicle , it doesn't matter how minor. It's very frustrating. Other than that I love my Ford Edge! More

After explaining my criteria to Ron, I fell involve instantly with the 2nd option he showed me and made my dream come true! Gary, Ron and the crew at Epperson Mazda managed to match the monthly we were looking for, on a wonderful car, that I know I will still enjoy for years to come. Ron had excellent rapor and worked with us after hours to make sure everything went smooth. Offered a free 1st oil change, quick car clean up, and a full tank of gas before leaving with my new car! Life Rescue I had a bad week, my car broke down over the weekend, had to have it towed. it had been costing a lot to maintain, and as an Uber/Lyft driver it is my I had a bad week, my car broke down over the weekend, had to have it towed. it had been costing a lot to maintain, and as an Uber/Lyft driver it is my source of income. I went in expecting to see how much i would have to save for a down payment on a brand new car hoping my car would last that long. Ron spoke to me and i told him my situation of i have no extra cash and nothing to trade in of value and a low credit score, he still insisted he could find something that day. He and the crew worked together to put me in a new 2018 Hyundai under the payment max that i could afford by about 200 cheaper. They had excellent Service and i was out of there in 3 hrs with a brand new car covered by a great warranty and I'm on my way to having a new Uber ride so i can keep driving. More
