Mr DeStefano was very calm and very polite. He had great knowledge of every vehicle's specification being sold at the dealership. I really liked how he was very patient with me as I came in during his lunch time, he was kind enough to skip his lunch so he could help me out in answering questions and showing me the vehicles. Best of all, he was not overly aggressive and pushy about making a sale. You can tell that he is a very experience in his job and knew the thought process of an individual coming in to either buy a car or just shopping around and made sure every courtesy was made available to him/her. Sales associates that I have dealt with in the past (not at this dealership) have always made me feel uncomfortable or make it known that I am inconveniencing them and wasting their time. Not Gary, I'm happy that he was the best sales associate that I could have ever dealt with in purchasing a brand new car. He continues to help me with questions over the phone regarding maintenance and other information about the make and model of my car. If I ever have any questions about my car, Gary is the first person I call. I highly recommend him and his dealership!!! More

When I first inquired about a used Jetta, Mr. DeStefano contacted me immediately, but was not pushy at all. When I did come in to see the car, Mr. DeStefano was working with another customer, so he asked a contacted me immediately, but was not pushy at all. If I had been contacted by this gentleman first, I would not have bought a vehicle from Pete Moore. He did not seem like he wanted to sell the car and was very quick to get me to leave. When I called the following day with a question, I spoke with him and he was going to get an answer and call me back. Two days later I still hadn't heard back so I call Mr. DeStefano, who was once again very helpful and friendly. I eventually did purchase the vehicle and am very pleased with it. Best buying experience ever. I wasn't real sure what type of vehicle I wanted to purchase when I visited Pete Moore Mitsubishi/Volkswagon. I knew I wanted to look at either a crossover vehicle or an S type of vehicle I wanted to purchase when I visited Pete Moore Mitsubishi/Volkswagon. I knew I wanted to look at either a crossover vehicle or an SUV. Gary DeStephano, Sales Associate was the most patient sales person I have ever met. He spent several hours with me letting me look at and test drive several vehicles without any pressure whatsoever. I really liked the Mitsubishi Outlander but was still unsure if that was what I wanted so Gary gave me a business card and let us know that if we decided to deal with them, they would be happy to do business with us. I went to a couple other dealerships to compare vehicles and as soon as I stepped on to the lot, the sales person immediately wanted to start talking money before I had even looked at any of their vehicles. Needless to say it did not take me long to decide that I was going back to see Gary at Pete Moore Mitsubishi and give them my business. When we returned to Pete Moore Mitsubishi, two days after our initial visit, Gary again impressed my by calling my husband and I by name, this is a hugh plus in my book. We drove the Outlander again and I decided that was the vehicle I wanted to purchase. When we sat down with Gary to talk price, again I was impressed, there was no pressure whatsoever and we told him what we wanted and were able to do and walked out of the dealership that day the proud owners of a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander. More

Sales consultants Gary DeStefano and Kyle Prell both assisted us over a several month period. Both individuals were polite and professional. Each time we visited, we were greeted warmly and were offer assisted us over a several month period. Both individuals were polite and professional. Each time we visited, we were greeted warmly and were offered bottled water or another beverage. Gary helped us most recently and was most directly involved in our new vehicle purchase. Although new to this auto dealership, Gary was helpful in answering our questions. If he did not know the answer to a question, he admitted to that, but quickly researched the item, providing us with an answer. I appreciate his honesty and his dedication to follow up on his assurance to find the answer. I was impressed that at the completion of the sale, I was given a demonstration of significant safety and operational items in the vehicle. Also, before he would let me depart, Gary made it a point to introduce me to the Service Department manager and his assistants. All of the staff members that I observed were polite and welcoming. I felt as if I were joining their 'family'. I feel confident that they will continue to treat me with respect and will provide great service for my vehicle. More

I drove 60+ miles because I know the service they provide and it by far the best VW dealership in the area. I have leased two new cars from them, and both time was a blast. Fun with no pressure to buy. I would recommend Jeff Korel, Gary DeStefano, or Rick Cribb (my original sales person 4 years ago, at my first experience with Pete Moore) If you want exceptional service Pete Moore is the VW dealership to go to. More
