Of course as a dealer they are out to make money. I dislike negotiation so i did not get a great deal on my two trade ins or my used purchase. The service writer i saw seemed mad at me because the used vehicle i purchased was leaking differential fluid and the technician seemed more interested in covering up his poor maintentance practices. The sales dept. did work with me though and i appreciate that. When they have you over a barrel they have you. I have ordered the necessary parts to repair my vehicle from the internet and will do so myself. More
