Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Avondale responded

I am sorry to hear you did not have a great experience at our store. I would like to look into what was causing the long wait on your vehicle. Please give me a call at your convenience so I can look into this. Thanks. – Matt Norgard, Service Director 623-215-1651
