I had originally set an appointment with Freehold Dodge service for my passenger side mirror to be replaced on Sept 28, 2020. I told them what the problem was and they told me they would order the mirror. service for my passenger side mirror to be replaced on Sept 28, 2020. I told them what the problem was and they told me they would order the mirror. I then switched the apt for Oct 2, 2020 which they accommodated me with. I took this day off without pay so I could get it done. I spoke to 3 separate people in the interim. So I go to the dealer service center to have it done and low and behold they don't have my mirror in. It was never ordered. The service guy then tells me that the part would have to be paid up front to order the mirror. You would think that one of the 3 service people I spoke with would have told me that info. what a complete incompetent service this turns out to be. I told the guy why would I have set an appt. if I had known this tiny bit of information (sarcasm). I am so pissed off with this lack of incompetent service. Oh. you would think out of common courtesy the guy would have apologize for the mix up, no! I guess its not in their DNA or they just don't really care about their customer after all. More

This is our second vehicle that we have bought from Freehold Dodge, but at least the 8th or 9th that we bought from our wonderful salesman Gary Tramontano. Gary is the perfect car salesman, no pressur Freehold Dodge, but at least the 8th or 9th that we bought from our wonderful salesman Gary Tramontano. Gary is the perfect car salesman, no pressure but points out the pros & cons of each car. If I know I am going to be in the market for something I tell Gary and before long I am getting the call. Class from a dealership to their customers! I walked onto Freehold Dodge just to “look at” a white Dodge Durango that has caught my eye for weeks. By no means was I even looking to purchase a ne I walked onto Freehold Dodge just to “look at” a white Dodge Durango that has caught my eye for weeks. By no means was I even looking to purchase a new car let alone an SUV! Gary walked outside and greeted me and I figured I’d get the whole car salesman pitch and figured I’d have a hard time walking away. We had some small talk about the Durango and he asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. I told him I was just interested in just looking at the truck. He said we will go for a test drive to see if you like it and as much as I didn’t want to, I did! Gary was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with no high-pressure sales pitches it felt very comfortable conversing with him even knowing I was not going in to buy a new car. I left the dealership with a great feeling and best experience I have ever had in a dealership. I asked him how long the offer was good for he gave me a time frame and I left. Gary was a first-class gentleman with everything he offered me and what my payment was for a finance and it was just an offer I could not refuse. Again, one of the most relaxing comforting and no pressure easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Gary cut out all the back and forth that most dealers do making like they are working with you. He just came back with a great offer and it was to hard to resist! The whole dealership is one of a kind. Everyone there was kind helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be bringing all my business to this dealership from now on. Thank you very much for making me a very happy and satisfied customer. Gary even called to see how I love my new Durango and that was a great feeling to know they still care even when you leave the dealership. Now that is class from a dealership to their customers! Keep up the great work! More
