I can’t say enough good things about Gary Vineyard. This is my 4th vehicle from him in 2 years and each time has been exceptional. He’s GREAT. Gary Vinyard, with D&M, went the extra step in making sure our daughter got her first truck by her sixteenth birthday. He called us when he saw what we were looking for and responded promptly to our ques sure our daughter got her first truck by her sixteenth birthday. With a used truck there are always a few bumps and bruises that you expect to be glossed over and an “As Is” warranty mind set. D&M fixed everything last blemish I could find and didn’t deliver it until it was done right. I don’t know if it is standard practice for the dealer to deliver the vehicle to your home now days; that is what Gary did. He drove thirty six miles one way to our front door. I have recommended Gary and D&M to my family and my friends. I can’t thank you guys enough for making Kaitlyns day so special. More

Gary was great to work with. He took my information and provided me with several options before I made a decision. When he delivered, he said that cleaning was not up to his standard and told me to have it provided me with several options before I made a decision. My only question would be that when I received the vehicle, the oil change was at 37%. I know that he took possession very quickly, but I would think that upon receiving the new lease, the oil would have been at max for the new driver. None of which is Gary's fault. More
