The last time I was in I asked for my heat shield to be looked at and fixed it was not even looked at. I have been waiting for a part for almost a year. I have been called 4 times saying my part is in when looked at and fixed it was not even looked at. I have been waiting for a part for almost a year. I have been called 4 times saying my part is in when it’s really not. I was told I’m better off waiting for my engine to just blow completely then actually getting the part I need mind you this all happened within 3 months of me having the car so the problems were known when I was sold it. Anytime I call i don’t get called back unless I need a service which even then they don’t listen to what I ask them to look at and don’t even relay it to the mechanics. Truly one of the worst dealerships I have worked with when it comes to fixing problems. More
