I purchased an MDX from Allen Seastrom and the Leith Acura team at their new location on 2-22-2019. When I began the process I was fortunate enough to be connected with Allen. Turns out he is a fellow v Acura team at their new location on 2-22-2019. When I began the process I was fortunate enough to be connected with Allen. Turns out he is a fellow veteran. I knew right then and there I was in the right hands. I, like most people do not enjoy the whole car buying process because most salesman can seem shady and/or tell you what you want to hear. That was not the case with Allen. He is the most honest and up front salesman I have ever worked with. I expressed my concerns from the start and he addresses every one. Not only that he continually followed up with me to ensure any additional concerns or questions had been met. He never lied or took a shortcut just to try and get a sale. If he didn’t know the answer he would say so, but at the same time knew the right people to go to in order to get the right answer. After purchasing the MDX , Allen continued to follow up with me to be sure I was not having any issues. Turns out I did have a couple of minor concerns about the car which needed addressed by the service department. He not only went directly to the manager of the service department but ensured I received a prompt follow up call to have my concerns addressed. I live over an 1 1/2 hrs away from the dealership, and they were kind enough to meet me halfway with a loaner Acura while mine was being serviced. Now that’s great customer service! This has been by far the best car buying experience I have ever been through. Allen, the Sales managers, and the Service department teams made sure I was treated right and went well above and beyond what most dealerships would even consider. I was not planning to take my car here for service since I live so far away but after this experience I am seriously considering to continue taking my vehicle to this dealership because I know I will be treated right the first time. Thank you to Allen and the whole Leith Acura team for displaying what true customer service should be! More
