Despite that, the deal fell apart due to their own delays and disorganization, and he sold the vehicle out from under me while I was waiting. Gavin, the salesperson, seemed to know almost nothing about the Land Rover brand or the vehicle he was selling — couldn’t answer basic questions, gave a walkaround video and FaceTime call that showed almost nothing useful, and consistently went 24+ hours without responding. Craig, the sales manager, was even less professional. Between the wasted time, $ spent adding the vehicle to my insurance, and $ already spent on an extended warranty in good faith based on moving forward with this purchase, this cost real money with nothing to show for it. Poor product knowledge, poor communication, poor follow-through. Would not recommend. . More
