From April in the Quick lube bay, very speedy, and friendly. To Ryan in service very knowledgeable and an awesome fellow to deal with & will be doing all the services there. Logan the sales manager is also a amazing guys, hooked me up with a loaner truck till mine came in. Gavin in finance is a great guy, really friendly, easy to work with. Brendan who assisted with the walk through on delivery day, did amazing. Over all everyone I've come into contact there did above & beyond. And I've has over 200 vehicles in my life. Only 3 of which were brand new. And all but 3 were GM vehicles. When it's time for another vehicle purchase, they will be seeing me there again. Great bunch makes you feel at home there. More

Purchasing a vehicle in general can be a stressful and intimidating event, but thanks to the honest, caring and helpful nature of Ethan Marsden, it was an easy breezy, hassle-free transaction that had me feeling totally confident and satisfied with my vehicle purchase. Rana and Gavin in finance were so awesome to work with, super friendly and proper..(not a wordthat comes to mind when talking about a car dealership. Well I wanted to like the experience here. But it has been awful in the long run. To start with my salesman was great, he made a couple of mistakes one big one, but owned it. Didn't find out until after I bought. My biggest issue is how little help the dealership as a whole has been after the fact. I'm trying to get the maintenence plan refunded and a different pack. I called them, they told me to call gm finacial, gm finacial told me to call the dealership. Been 4 days waiting to hear back about a simple question. Just refund my money you theives it isn't that complicated. Then I could sell the mistake of a truck and put the whole experience behind me. Never buy from this dealership if you like timely professional help. The buyer I had for my truck backed out because they were taking so long refunding the money back to the loan so it could be paid off. Terrible terrible terrible experience. Once they have your money you don't matter anymore. More
