Once they sell you a car, their customer service is crap! Called for 2 weeks after I purchased my highlander and received 1 return call which I missed and had to wait another week for another call back. They Called for 2 weeks after I purchased my highlander and received 1 return call which I missed and had to wait another week for another call back. They did my $2000 ceramic clearcoat and I called them as I had questions on how I didn't think it was done properly as well as a fairly good size scratch on my hood that wasn't there when I dropped off. They put a almost $600 protection on my interior which deters liquid, for my seat to still absorb liquid immediately. Called them the same day I picked up my car and haven't received a return call and were almost 3 weeks later now. Highly do NOT recommend. More

We had a great experience from Start to finish. We had an appointment to see a truck we had seen online. Truck was just as advertised. I have purchased several cars from different dealerships and unfortunately, this has to one of the worst. The attempts to oversell and bully buyers into add ons they don’t need and the amount of time I wast and unfortunately, this has to one of the worst. The attempts to oversell and bully buyers into add ons they don’t need and the amount of time I wasted sitting there was ridiculous. After several hours of just waiting there, they suggested we wait to hear back from different finance companies all to just to waste our time more over a .01% change. They offered to drop the car off to us, twice, on different days and when we agreed they said, “oh sorry. We can’t right now. Can you come get it?” It was after 6pm the next day by that point. The finance person we saw was rude and spoke to me as if I was stupid or incapable of understanding how cars and insurance work. He attempted to use complex language and word salad to convince me to add $100 onto the monthly payment and thousands of dollars extra onto the loan, which put us above the budget we had very clearly stated when we began the process and agreed to the vehicle we chose. After I repeatedly said no he was upset he had to redo all the paperwork and didn’t even call us back to resign but instead sent the salesman we worked with (who did do all he could to help) to have us sign the paperwork. Then, when the keys were provided, the car reeked of cigarettes and we had to go back to get it cleaned and have the filter replaced, twice. Lastly, we noticed the horn didn’t work so once again the issue was addressed but now we have to see another dealer to fix the issue. Overall, the experience was not great and I wouldn’t return for another purchase. The prices may seem nice but with the extra nonsense they add, it’s no better than the other dealers around here. All of what tried to work out didn't work out as far as numbers and even alot of Beck and forth after did get vehicle. Was in a crunch for time do kinda had no choice but got something I liked.
