I went there with a pre approved loan and vehicle already picked out. I spoke with a person named Bruce and he was great. Rodman Ford purchased my pre-owned Lexus. The entire experience was a pleasure. Kerry was excellent. Very friendly. Very customer-oriented. I was skeptical of their offer for my car, because other dealers has made me an offer but offered less when I brought my car in. Rodman made me an offer and purchased my car. Entire process took less than 30 minutes. Cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. I will be a repeat customer. More
