My son was looking for a used truck and we found one he was interested in at Eastlake. We got there 5 minutes to close and met Eduardo. He graciously showed us the truck and let us look it over, even getti was interested in at Eastlake. We got there 5 minutes to close and met Eduardo. He graciously showed us the truck and let us look it over, even getting keys so we could test it. It turned out to not be what we needed, but despite being "closed", Eduardo showed us a couple of others and took us for a test drive. My son found the truck he was looking for and Eduardo worked with us to get the deal done. Assisted by Gella, (lovely and equally gracious) we did the whole process in about an hour. (They even offered to get us McDonald's :)) Eduardo was friendly, personable, full-on just fun! He made the process easy and light and was so kind to sacrifice his evening so we could get the truck. My son is beside himself happy with his purchase and feels really good about the whole process. Making an investment in a vehicle is exciting, but also very daunting, and we really appreciate the service and care we got from Eduardo and Gella at Eastlake Auto Brokers. Thanks so much! Eduardo was amazing! My husband and I were originally coming to look in at a certain van but after looking and driving it wasn’t something we were satisfied with he was v My husband and I were originally coming to look in at a certain van but after looking and driving it wasn’t something we were satisfied with he was very nice and patient and let us check out 2 other vehicles and compare them all and we didn’t feel rushed or that we were annoying him. Then we found what we wanted but there were a couple things we wanted fixed and him and his team looked at this issues and are able to help us fix them. The whole process from start to finish was just amazing. The whole team at this office are just so welcoming and amazing to work with. There were few things that come up with the vehicle but nothing they couldn't resolve and helping us feel comfortable in the choice we were making. Going to smaller dealerships are hit and miss and even when we pulled in and realized it was a smaller dealership we were talking about just leaving but they had a vehicle we really wanted to see so we said we will just see how it goes we definitely are glad we did. They were also so great with our 9 month old and us having to haul her around with stroller and all the baby essentials. You can tell Eduardo and the whole team really care about their customers and making you feel welcome and comfortable. More

We started to shop for a new truck with fear of dealing with overbearing salesmen and car lots, but after meeting and dealing with Eduardo, we will never look anywhere else for a vehicle. Everyone was so p with overbearing salesmen and car lots, but after meeting and dealing with Eduardo, we will never look anywhere else for a vehicle. Everyone was so pleasant and kind at Eastlake especially Eduardo! Even though we only had one truck in mind, he showed us multiple versions of that truck and ultimately ended up finding us the perfect one. Also, the financing process was so simple and quick. It was refreshing to say the least! 10/10! More

I was shopping for a new vehicle but had no idea what I wanted. My daughter had a good experience at Eastlake and suggested I try them out. Eduardo and Gella were kind and patient.
