This store was fabulous. I decided on the car I wanted. I called and spoke to Gene, the general manager, who gave me a great price over the phone. No haggle. Excellent price. He told me what documents he needed, plus he texted me a credit app. I completed the credit app, secured the documents and insurance and my wife and I went there at 3. Paul showed my wife the car and set up her Bluetooth and the Subaru app. Darlene handled the finance paperwork like a pro. We drove off in our new Outback at 4. After going to a few car dealerships we returned to East Hills Subaru. One reason being we liked your cars. But the most important reason was your salesman Gerry Senatore. He knew the answers to any of our Hills Subaru. One reason being we liked your cars. But the most important reason was your salesman Gerry Senatore. He knew the answers to any of our questions about the cars, he was not at all pushy, he brought out several different cars for us to test drive, and he even offered to come in on his day off if that day worked better for us. After all the paperwork was done he gave us a tour of the dealership and showed us where everything was. He then sat in the car and went over all the features. He told me if I ever had any questions that I could always stop in and he would help me. I have bought a lot of cars in my life but this time I felt that I had to buy Gerry a small gift to show him how much we appreciated his wonderful service. As far as my husband and I are concerned Gerry is an asset to East Hills Subaru and are very lucky to have him as a salesman for them. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to family and friends. More
