hogwash BULL Despicable, reprehensible and downright ignorant dealership. Go at your own risk. It happened to me 2 times in 4 years. Drove 1.5 hrs. Thinking they have changed as the conversation on phone was rather intelligent and coherent. When I got there price we negotiated went from a Certified Used to as is becs price we agreed was not based on certified. This was on a 2017 Honda. What a load of hogwash. It was advertised as certified. YES now they know who I am. HOWEVER I have Text messages to prove....manager kept repeating mantra and was not interested in me giving him the text messages we had discussed. The sales person likewise was least interested in looking at messages he sent. Even though car was not clean nor detailed nor certified I was willing to take if they would certified as promised. It had a 3 inch crack at the back tailgate. REALLY. I made a formal complain to Honda. What a load of crackpot. This is why Philadelphia has a bad reputation with dealerships. GO BUY HOWEVER KEEP EYES AND EARS OPEN. More
