I had an overall great experience at Carr Chevrolet. We purchased a used Chevy Cruz and on the drive home there was unfortunately an issue with the vehicle. I highly do NOT recommend this dealership. My husband purchased a truck from Carr Chevrolet recently. They claimed this truck ran great and had no issues. Next day it won’t start. We called them right away and they said they would take care of it. Then came the lies and games and the most unprofessional car dealership we’ve ever done business with. They would not return calls and claim they aren’t getting videos of the truck not starting. They do not care about their customers at all. Now we put thousands down and stuck with a loan on a truck we have to pay to get fixed right away. I am so disappointed with Carr Chevrolet. Not only with selling a vehicle with issues but how unprofessional they’ve handled this. More
