I was in the market for a Jeep Gladiator and saw one listed on their website. I emailed to ask if it was available, and they responded promptly confirming that it was in stock and asked if I wanted to s listed on their website. I replied to confirm a time to come in, test drive, and potentially purchase the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership at the agreed time, no one had any record of my appointment—even after I showed them the email confirmation. After some back-and-forth, they informed me that they actually had no Gladiators in stock and asked if I was interested in a used one. Since I had never driven a Gladiator before, I agreed to test drive a used model just to get a feel for it. After waiting about 30 minutes, they came back and said it wasn’t a good idea to drive the used one because “it wouldn’t feel like a new one.” Honestly, what a ridiculous excuse. The entire experience was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. If this is how they handle sales, I can only imagine what their customer service would be like after you buy a vehicle. My advice: look elsewhere. Extremely poor experience. Stay away. More
