He treats you like a human being, not a number. He calls you by name and wants to understand what your needs are to find you the best fit and will never force you into something you don't want. FLAWLESS / NO BS TRANSACTION!! Decided to trade in our 2011 Traverse (also purchased from Paul Conte) and move into a lease. Was hesitant to have to work with a "car dealer" again, Decided to trade in our 2011 Traverse (also purchased from Paul Conte) and move into a lease. Was hesitant to have to work with a "car dealer" again, so I called ahead and was put in touch with George. Within 2 days the deal was closed, I got exactly what I expected for my trade and never once heard the term "what can I do to put you in this car today" My daughter is next for her car...hopefully this week. THANKS for giving us a place to just go and buy a car without all the useless BS seen in other dealers. The only suggestion for improvement I would make is to have the finance manager complete the transaction BEFORE the agreed upon delivery date. Not a HUGE deal...just my OCD observation. More
