My third time at the service, also needed replacement for
a flat tire, so I replaced both tires, that was another appointment but at the reception they were kind enough to squeeze me in in one visit. However

However this time was not very pleasant, first the reception area was out of water and in the span ot 3 hrs, nobody came to replenish it despite numerous people came to check and left without water.
Then after the inspection was finished I had to ask for the video, cuz it was not sent to me automatically. Which wasn't a big deal, but after I came home I realize the new tires only one has the customize air caps that I had on my old tires, the other one is missing, they just put a plastic one mine was aluminum. Second my security socket pouch that came originally with the car, it was made of velvet and had Mazda logo on it, was missing leaving me just the metal socket to rattle inside the glovebox everytime I hit a speed bump and there is a very dirty rag inside my trunk.
The lack of attention to details from the service team really made me question if they did the inspection correctly.
