My Family was a GMC family at one point then went to being a Honda family. And I always had my GMC vehicle serviced at Jim Salerno. I just purchased a 2014 Buick Lacrosse AWD, and the sales process was flawless!!!!!!! I would recommend Jim Salerno very highly. More

I purchased my 2014 Buick Enclave from Jim Salerno's 4 days ago. I was helped by Bill Lally and George Gregory. Both gentlemen answered my many questions and took me for several test drives. The sale was pretty quick and Jonathan Weiner made the paper work simple and pleasant. Before I drove home, Bill demonstrated my new vehicle's many features and help me pair my phone and explained how to sync the garage door opener buttons. He also saw that my 6 month free OnStar service was all set. I know from several years ago, when I had a GMC Yukon that the service department is excellent. I would recommend Jim Salerno's to anyone. More

I walked into Jim Salerno Buick GMC last Friday and was immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist. I told her that I wanted to look at a GMC Yukon XL and she put me in touch with John Dreyer. This guy immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist. I told her that I wanted to look at a GMC Yukon XL and she put me in touch with John Dreyer. This guy is awesome. I told John what I wanted in the Yukon and he said that there were several outside waiting for me. John is a true professional. He answered my questions and was very knowledgable. John sealed the deal with me and began the paperwork. The rest of the staff kept me comfortable and informed as John continued with the paperwork. A few hours later I left Salerno driving a new GMC. I was raining pretty hard on Friday so my GMC wasn't detailed before I drove away. John asked if I could bring it back later this week to have it detailed when the weather is better. This may not seem like a big deal, BUT I have bought cars before from other dealerships and they didn't care about the weather. It is reassuring to know that John and Salerno GMC truly care about their customers and not the sale. I will definitely be a returning customer for service and new vehicles in the future. Mi will also recommend Salerno Buick GMC to my friends and family. More

My 2009 GMC Acadia had been suffering from multiple issues. I currently owed several payments on my purchased Acadia; GMC/Salerno however absorbed the remaining payments and also gave me money towards issues. I currently owed several payments on my purchased Acadia; GMC/Salerno however absorbed the remaining payments and also gave me money towards a new truck. I am very happy to say the monthly lease payment on my new 2013 Buick Enclave is much lower then the previous monthly loan payments on my Acadia. If you are looking for a dealership that is both fair and reliable this is the place to go. Ask for George Gregory if you want a friendly, no nonsense, down to earth salesman who will get you what you need. The sales manager Joe Bourdon was also great with getting me a fair, affordable deal on my new Buick. I definitely recommend Salerno to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. More

As a first time GMC buyer Jim Salerno GMC/Buick was the right choice. George Gregory was my salesman, he was a pleasure to deal with very attentive to my requirements and issues. My husband bought a used vehicle from Salerno about a year ago after having his car totaled. At that time we worked with A.J. and he found the exact vehicle my husband wanted and we were able to get the year ago after having his car totaled. At that time we worked with A.J. and he found the exact vehicle my husband wanted and we were able to get the pricing very affordable. They really took care of us. We did have some normal maintenance done(free oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) but also a few things did happen and Salerno covered all of the expenses.My husband was given a loaner anytime he had to leave his truck. We vowed that when we needed a new car we would return to Salerno. Last week we picked up my 2012 Acadia. We called A.J. & he turned us over to George Gregory(George handles new cars). George was personable, knowledgable and no pressure. Since they did not have the Acadia we wanted they searched other dealers and found one for us. Joe really worked hard to try and get us as much of a discount as possible. He even looked into our places of business to see if they offered employees any discounts on GMC's. He advised us of all discounts and promotions we were eligible for. I am a firm believer of supporting local businesses within my own town, however if they don't live up to my expectations I would not patronize them again. Salerno-Duane exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Buick/GMC. I feel comfortable and at ease with everyone we dealt with and it was a very pleasurable experience. More
