Regrettably, I must write this review about J&S. I observed some positive videos on Facebook and Instagram, which led me to drive eight hours to purchase a car. However, my experience at the dealership was not satisfactory. The salesperson was uncooperative and exhibited a disrespectful demeanor. Despite this, I ultimately purchased a Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 63 S. During the paperwork process, I also opted for an extended warranty, which cost me $3,900. The finance manager, Sayed, offered a refundable option whenever i want. After three months, I decided to cancel the extended warranty. I attempted to communicate with the salespeople and accountants, but they failed to respond to my calls or emails. Accountant Jenny informed me that the cancellation had been processed, and the refund would be issued within six to eight weeks. However, after a prolonged period, I did not receive any refund. After so many calls and voicemails they stopped responding.I attempted to contact David he said he managed extended warranty staff again, who assured me that the refund would be forthcoming. Despite my repeated attempts to reach them, they have not responded to my calls or messages. It has been fourteen weeks since I initiated contact, and they have not engaged with me. I have even attempted to contact George, the owner, who stated that he was not handling this matter. Therefore, my question is: why, after paying for the warranty, did I have to endure such a lengthy and arduous process to cancel it? This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I feel as though I was being scammed. I urge others to avoid falling victim to this kind of experience by not being swayed by attractive online videos.I hope they saw this review and solving my problem asap. More

I had a great experience purchasing my 2021 Tesla Model S. After some negotiation, they met me at the price I wanted to pay. I had a great experience buying a 2010 Porsche 911 carrera S 997.2 from Jenny. She communicated well and was always prompt. 2015 Mercedes S550 4matic Dealer does not inspect or does not disclose major defects like welded rims and cuts on tires that are unsafe. stated "tires are new and rims in excellent shape no curb rash" does not disclose major defects like welded rims and cuts on tires that are unsafe. stated "tires are new and rims in excellent shape no curb rash" did not sent all floor matts (still waiting) and damage to front spoiler trim was much worse than told and shown in pictures. Also stated brakes were "like new" needs brakes all the way around! Also said would have full tank of gas and it was empty, blamed it on the shipper did not want extra weight!! Thats laughable! Took to Mercedes dealer near me and over $7000 in repairs DO NOT TRUST THIS dealers word get an independent inspection well worth the money than dealing with these unscrupulous people even proclaimed to be a veteran and could trust his word! Not trustworthy at all!! More

I reached out to the sales girl there on a Tuesday afternoon inquiring about a porsche panamera. She explained the car was still available and "when can you come down to see it." I replied, I will make the 2.5 hour drive down wednesday morning. She replied" that's great and I will have the car ready for you in the morning. " i left my house super early and arrived shortly after 10;00am. I introduced myself to her and then she replied "the car got sold late last night." My response was ARE YOU KIDDING ME? After listening to her attempt to cover up the complicated story I asked her ,SO WHO IS GOING TO GIVE ME GAS MONEY FOR DRIVING DOWN HERE. I was almost serious. Even if the car was sold, a courtesy text would have gone a long way. Then came the kicker, what else are you interested in? She continuesly tried to put me in more expensive car.. I am glad i did not give them any money at all.i am warning anyone else to ask for photos of the you are interested in there. Who knows maybe you will make it on one of there videos ,if you spend over $100,000 there. More
