The 2021 BMW that I purchased was not what was represented to me by them. The car was represented as a “clean, no issues“ vehicle. Within 30 days of purchasing the car, I took it to BMW for severa represented to me by them. The car was represented as a “clean, no issues“ vehicle. Within 30 days of purchasing the car, I took it to BMW for several system malfunctions, the repair estimate was approximately $4,500 and that the vehicle would not pass state inspection. I learned that J &S Autohaus knew the vehicle was damaged and they didn’t disclose that to me. They agreed to pay for a couple of the items. The big outstanding issue that I discovered through a previous BMW service record is that the vehicle suffered water damage which has caused rusting under both front seats, one of which is inoperable. I presented J &S Autohaus with a BMW service report and they maintain that they know nothing about it nor are they willing to fully address the issue. More
