We had such a wonderful experience at Kia Findlay! Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and consideration throughout the entire process. At the time, my current car was in the shop, and that’s when we realized we definitely needed a second vehicle. From the very beginning, we felt heard and respected. I especially appreciate that there was never any pressure or pushiness. I was upfront about coming in with a check for a specific amount, and instead of trying to pressure me into spending more, they worked with us and respected our budget. Before coming to Kia Findlay, we had visited other dealerships where we felt pressured, which made the experience stressful and uncomfortable. Our experience here was completely different. This was actually our third time purchasing a vehicle from Kia Findlay, and we continue to come back because of the amazing experience and the way we are treated. Everyone was friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even our experience with the finance department at the end was great. Everything was explained clearly, including the warranty and all the details of our purchase, and we never felt rushed or confused. We absolutely love our new car and are so grateful for the entire team at Kia Findlay for making the process so easy and enjoyable. We will definitely continue recommending Kia Findlay to our family and friends and look forward to coming back in the future! Thank you again for treating us with such kindness and respect. More
