I passed a different Kia dealership and came to Smithtown Kia after several bad experiences at the other dealership. I was greeted promptly and cheerfully. Gerard came to assist me. After talking a few minutes and comparing models and listening to my needs, Gerard brought me around to the car I purchased a few days later. He was not pushy or smarmy as has been my experience with car sales people before. He genuinely wanted me to be happy with the purchase and I am. I purchased the Kia Sportage X-line PHEV in jungle green with sage interior. BEAUTIFUL! When I came to pick up the car, the paperwork man, sorry name escapes me, was again, not the typical car dealership guy pushing hard for extended warranties and such. Super nice.
