I’ve never purchased a brand new car before, so I was pretty nervous about the entire process, especially with the car shortage lately. I went to a few other dealerships before I went to Smithtown Kia. B pretty nervous about the entire process, especially with the car shortage lately. I went to a few other dealerships before I went to Smithtown Kia. Besides having the perfect car on the lot (which was hard to find), I felt instantly way better with my salesperson Gerard. He was very informative, not pushy at all, and was genuinely excited for me to be purchasing a new car! (I had a very old Honda prior to my new car so I was READY). Everyone else there was very nice too. All around great place. Couldn’t recommend enough! More

I worked with Gerard since the summer to order my dream Kia Carnival. I had tried to visit other local dealers and none were being straightforward. So I decided to call Smithtown Kia and luckily spoke to G Kia Carnival. I had tried to visit other local dealers and none were being straightforward. So I decided to call Smithtown Kia and luckily spoke to Gerard and was able to go see him within that hour that I called him. We decided to create a custom build and it was the best idea and we were able to receive exactly what we wanted. He helped me through the whole process and helped keep me updated on delivery time. The best part was the price remained unchanged from the original order and he did not add any additional fees behind our back like some dealers are doing at this time. Overall would highly recommend ordering a custom car through him and this dealership! The purchase was simple and the pickup day was so quick. We were able to trade in my old vehicle and transfer 2 car seats and 2 kids into the new vehicle all while signing the paperwork. He helped go over everything and made it all so simple. We are extremely happy with our decision. More

I have been purchasing cars from Gerard Rennie since 2016. Gerard has also sold many of cars to my family as well. Gerard always looks to help me get the most for my money knowing what I like and what I 2016. Gerard has also sold many of cars to my family as well. Gerard always looks to help me get the most for my money knowing what I like and what I need in a vehicle. My most recent purchase was a hard one for me. I needed to turn in my lease that my dad had helped me purchase and get another but this time without him by my side to drive Gerard crazy. My dad passed and going into the dealership to see Gerard without my dad with Gerard having tears in his eyes just goes to show you that he is not just another salesman....he is family! Thank you Gerard for all that you have done not just for me but for my family and continuing to help us with buying into the KIA family. More
