Our delivery of the vehicle was equally pleasant and efficient not only working with Gerard but also with other staff at this dealership including the insurance agent and the finance officer. But our highest accolades are for Gerard who patiently and knowledgeably walked us through the ordering process which was only exceeded by the delivery process. We felt confident in understanding all the features the Telluride and greatly appreciated his assistance in setting up some of the features as well as patience with us. He clearly explained everything and was very friendly and professional as well. Lastly, when I was done, I was thanked by Paul (the manager?) for my business.
