I recently purchased a new car from Smithtown Kia, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! However, from the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was met with a calm, welcoming environment, which made all the difference. I wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for, but I was introduced to my salesman, Gerard, who was absolutely incredible. He was the kindest, most patient person, taking his time to walk me through every car, trim level, and color option. I spent hours deciding, taking out every key to walk in the freezing windy weather to show me a car, and not once did he make me feel rushed or like I was a burden. He knew the cars inside and out and explained everything in detail, ensuring I found exactly what I wanted. As a single mom, time is precious, and Gerard went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule when it came time to pick up the car. He made sure everything was set up for me, from going over all the features to helping me download and set up the app. His attentiveness and professionalism made this such a seamless experience. Paul, the manager, was equally fantastic—he ran every set of numbers I asked for without hesitation and never made me feel like I was asking too much. Everyone at the dealership treated me with kindness and respect, which is rare to find these days. Even as I waited, whoever walked passed me did so with a smile and a hello. When you have an experience this good, you know you’ll be back at the end of the lease because they truly did the right thing from the start.
