Had been in contact several weeks with Ivana for type vehicle I wished to purchase. I received an email from her with a vehicle profile. Exactly what I was looking for. She set up an appointment and accompanied me on test drive at the Porsche Dealership. Had a seamless transfer with Dylan. Mr Chapman should be very proud to have Dylan and Ivana on his sales staff. Great all around teamwork. I have purchased numerous vehicles over my lifespan but this purchase was the best. Very impressed with the product knowledge of these two team members. Never shop there! I had to put 1 star, wouldn’t even give them that!!! Had to deal with them back in February 2021, waist of my time! Was debating to give them review or not, just now decided I definitely sh them that!!! Had to deal with them back in February 2021, waist of my time! Was debating to give them review or not, just now decided I definitely should….Find a car there, after look at that car I was going to make a purchase, gave them all my info and they came up with new sale price which was $3000 more! I have all emails between me and sale associate where we discussed price, everything was firm in that case, but they still didn’t go for it. Manager called me, we had a conversation, he said it’s not right, that’s not how we doing business here, told me he’ll call me back. Never did…. Their business, I guess, even worse! I went to different dealership and made a purchase there. Worst experience ever of buying a car! Terrible! More
