On a recent visit to the dealership we were able to resolve the oil consumption recall issue on my FIAT and the service manager and service personnel were very pro-active in assisting with a loaner veh resolve the oil consumption recall issue on my FIAT and the service manager and service personnel were very pro-active in assisting with a loaner vehicle, despite the loss of power in the building due to a snowstorm.
