Every time we purchased a car there we come out happy and loved it for the years we had it, whether we were buying or leasing, We had Explorers, Vans, Free style, Edge, Escape and now I just love my new Escape the white titanium what a ride the 2.0 Eco boost wow, it really makes a big difference you feel like you can almost fly. From the moment I stepped into Tom's Ford I was treated like family. Even though it was Gerry's day off he was more then willing to help me in any way including 2 test drives. I never felt pressure to buy a car and was able to talk with the finance staff to help me to decide what was the best choice for me. Gerry was again willing to come in on his day off to allow me to pick up my new car on my day off. He reviewed all the features of the car with me and because I am not very tech savvy he was willing to show me things several times. This is the third new car purchase my family has made from Tom's Ford and we would never think of going anywhere else. More
