If we didn’t ask he just let us look at the car and didn’t say anything about the car . They were wasting our time because we have to go there for 3 time about the car . And When we went to toyota of Braintree . We met Gerry who is salesman in Toyota of Braintree . He was so nice . He is taking care us really professional. He was trying to explain about the car for us . We were really happy and really quick to buy the car . He lets us to drive the car and lets us to feeling really excited. I was really stressed last Sunday afternoon when my husband and I went to Toyota of Braintree to lease a Rav 4 because of my anticipation of dealing with the "business end" of car deals. What I liked best about Gerry was that he offered information when we wanted it and then let my husband and I and discuss things alone. No pressure. He even followed up with me after the lease was concluded and I got the car to make sure I was satisfied. You don't see service like that anymore.
