I originally had a 2012 Chevrolet equinox, the engine had completely broke on it, and I was in need of a new car. My parents had found for me a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan in our price range. My dad and I went to completely broke on it, and I was in need of a new car. My parents had found for me a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan in our price range. My dad and I went to look at it, and met with Mel Horst. He was very friendly and understanding of our situation. Very helpful as well. It was a no pressure situation, we thought about the car and I personally fell in love with it. We bought it, and Mel made the entire process very smooth. He heard my parents concerns about the reliability of the car and took us very seriously. He had the car checked out at a garage before we paid anything! 10/10 was a very lovely experience. More

We drove from West Virginia to look at a 2001 Ford Mustang Convertible. When we got there, Justin met us outside. With no hesitation, he let us test drive the car. The car was in excellent condition a Mustang Convertible. When we got there, Justin met us outside. With no hesitation, he let us test drive the car. The car was in excellent condition and well worth the trip! Justin was low pressure and we felt very comfortable at the dealer. We brought the Stang with no regrets. It drove awesome on the way home!!!! More
