Gerry Turbides was a very good salesman that knows what he is selling and quickly sensed what I really wanted. It is too bad that he was not able to give me a "bottom line" offer up front. I spent 3 hours in his office and decided that I would not accept their offer. After reviewing my finances the following day, I decided on a reasonable offer which the dealership then accepted. I wish we could have done it quicker. I am happy with my purchase, a 2015 Tundra Limited. I appreciate Gerry's effort in making this purchase possible. More

Have brought with them in the past just recently have noticed that their good sales men are no longer there. So you are getting the "next best thing". A visit there can ruin my day.This has been my experience recently and it's very unpleasant. Enter location at your own risk and really do your research or you will be taken advantage of. More

They have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and the following service etc. The service department is attentive and happy to answer all my questions. They have always done a nice job of caring for my toyota and explaining to me the services provided. Plus the car was always nicely washed upon their completion. I wholeheartedly recommend Bountiful Toyota/Performance Toyota when you are ready to make your next vehicle purchase. More

My toyota experience Gerry is a great salesperson he is genuine. He was considerate adn concerned with our situation, we informed him of what we wanted and he showed us a Gerry is a great salesperson he is genuine. He was considerate adn concerned with our situation, we informed him of what we wanted and he showed us a couple of cars that were available in our range. He let us test drive them when we got back from both of them he asked us what we liked and did not like about each car, when we decided on the corolla he worked really hard to get us the price we could afford. Josh came and helped him with that. Whwn we agreed on a price, Gerry took us over to Aaron in financing and he made the financing part really quick and easy. When we were done with the paperwork we went outside and the car was there waiting for us all cleaned and full of gas. When Gerry came out he shoed me some features that I did not know about the car, he even paired my phone and set some of my radio stations. I have now purchased two cars from TOYOTA BOUNTIFUL, both of these experiences were AWESOME. The people at Toyota Boutiful care about you and they are not pushy, they do not try to get you on a car that you will not be happy in. I will be back and I refer anyone i know to them. Keep up the great work!!! More

Will hold you hostage. I went in after I received a flyer about a great lease deal on a 2014 corolla. The price wasn't exactly as advertises...surprise surprise with a deale I went in after I received a flyer about a great lease deal on a 2014 corolla. The price wasn't exactly as advertises...surprise surprise with a dealer right? But that wasn't the frustrating part since I expected that. But I brought my car in to trade it in as part of the deal and they asked for the keys so they could inspect while we talked about price and what not. But when they couldn't meet the price I wanted I asked them FOUR different times to just give me my keys so I could leave and it wasn't until I got very upset with Internet Sales Manager that they finally gave them to me. I felt trapped for 30-45 minutes as they belittled me, and treated me as if I didn't understand the process when I clearly did. If it wasn't for the great trade in price that they gave me for my car I would never have gone back. Oh and lets not forget to mention that my old car I traded in on their website is full of misinformation but that is not my problem now. Also when I came in to pick the car up they had all my information and everything ready to go but it still took almost 4 hours for them process all the paperwork. I am a full time employee and full time student I didn't have that time for all of that. Plus they told me it would 166 a month but in the end it was 168 a month which isn't a big deal but it was still incorrect information all the way up until the very end. I am still waiting to find out what other misinformation they gave me just so they could get the sale done. More
