Sold me a truck after they stated that they had done all the recall work and that it was in great shape. Noticed the day after I got the truck it started making terrible front end noises.I first took the tr the recall work and that it was in great shape. Noticed the day after I got the truck it started making terrible front end noises.I first took the truck to their sister dealership because it was closer to home for me and they claimed they could not hear any of the front end noise. Even though I could hear it as we are test driving it. Afterwards I decided to take it to a completely different dealership. I brought the truck to Champion of Decatur and come to find out not only does it have a bad front end, but they lied and did none of the recall work that they said they had done. I had Champion of Decatur do the recall work since it was there getting the front end checked out and I have all the receipts. I’ve taken the truck back to Fayetteville ram several times since then. I will say their service manager has tried to help and has cut me some deals on parts, but after new tires, two new CV axles trying to fix the issue. I am still having a lot of vibration issues in the front end. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody. My final straw was that they were supposed to call me back. I did not get a call back from the sales manager or anybody and now they won’t return my calls. Again I do not recommend this dealer and I will never buy a vehicle from them again or any dealership associated with them again! More
