Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review on this Acura Service Dept. We have muti Acura and will now be looking for a new service department due to the misleading act of David Chirinos our service a Acura Service Dept. My fiancé bought in our 2020 RDX for a oil change and to have the tires air inflated to the proper spec since we don’t drive this car much during that time she gets a invoice of service done that she didn’t authorize. When she bring it to the advisor attention he stated you did authorize the work when you signed for the a service oil change. Therefore she felt obligated to pay an invoice for a total of which she was never called for or authorized. At this time I call and speak with Gilbert Paz where he offered us 30 dollars off. I stated the issue is bigger than this. The work was not authorized an Email was never sent like it has been in the past with work that needs to be done or not done. Only an email showing the vehicle was in-service. Makes you wonder is it because she was a woman alone?in fact we never got a quote just he is your bill. This is unacceptable. I will be following up for corporate about this. Consumer beware of the non-transparency in the service department.btw they also reported my miles incorrect which could be a problem down the line. More
