It took longer than expected to get my car serviced and windshield replaced even though I had an appointment. I was given a rental car; however, I was not able to have my car back until the next morning. windshield replaced even though I had an appointment. I was given a rental car; however, I was not able to have my car back until the next morning. The other issue is now they are charging a 2% fee for using a credit card vs cash. Car maintenance is expensive enough without passing the cost of the credit card transaction on to the customer. Price Leblanc has always been super great at customer service in the sales and Maintenace departments. I will be back for sure, just not too happy about the 2% upcharge for using a credit card. More
