It's not service that's an issue it's the fact that I bought a brand new Atlas Cross Sport that vibrates and does not have a smooth ride and no one has an answer. I asked a couple days after purchasing i bought a brand new Atlas Cross Sport that vibrates and does not have a smooth ride and no one has an answer. I asked a couple days after purchasing if I could upgrade to the other vehicle I looked at and was told no. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that shakes when I drive. I will be calling corporate and I'm glad I have on record that my brand new car had been in the shop twice within the first month. Had a loaner for 5 days and it still drives the same if not worse. More

I had a key emergency and had to do a special tow. Could not make appt. They gave an estimate, I asked how Long. Couple if hours. I asked a couple oftimws about status, and the people were extremely rude, did not know, I did not have appt, etc. I said I just needed a time estimate, was not asking them to rush. Tgey basically blew me away, like they were doing me a favor. I came back after 3 hours, bill for $400. I asked what tgey did. Again. Rude answer, I don't know, etc. Turns out tgey had to remove my back seat to get to trunk where key was. $400 fir this is pure highway robbery. I was going to purchase a new car tgere. Not anymore! More

I had to come in multiple times for my headlight and it was not resolved in the end they fished out a bulb and said my car was fixed and the lights didn’t work at all went back and come to find out they ne was not resolved in the end they fished out a bulb and said my car was fixed and the lights didn’t work at all went back and come to find out they never plugged the wires back together it was a mess More
