The big problem was the time frame. It took 35 days to complete a 4 hr repair and Hamilton did not seem to care that I was without a car for that whole period. I originally was promised a courtesy car. I complete a 4 hr repair and Hamilton did not seem to care that I was without a car for that whole period. I originally was promised a courtesy car. I dropped the car off a week early to help them while I was in Florida. That was a mistake. When I got back they had no car for me and the repair took 23 more days! Kinda hard to get by for over 3 weeks without a car. More

Prompt, polite quick turnaround once the get your vehicle into the shop. Ginny very respectful and kept me in the loop about any and everything that was being fixed and what needed to be fixed.
